Best part of this natwest was that I had my 6 week old baby with me and she started crying because she needed food but becsuse im breast feeding and didn't want to feed in public because you get so funny looks from people and theres some wired people out there the guy offered me a room where there was no one... lovely people that work in natwest Darlington

I love this Bank and wouldn't Bank anywhere else when most Banks these days are relying on customer's performing almost all of their transactions themselves the TSB has real people to talk to and to help you.

5 star customer service. Was thinking about leaving after a problem which I thought nationwide should of held some responsibility for. After going into my local branch in Huddersfield and having no joy and also calling the customer service line I thought enough is enough. I came to this branch as I was working in the north east. The customer service manager and the branch manager where extremely helpful and very understanding and solved the problem no questions asked. This branch is very good take note Huddersfield these lads know how to look after there customers. Thank you

Great mortgage

Some people don't like the architecture of this place but I find it functional and suitable for a civic building. It is also very convenient to have the town hall right in the centre of town and easily accessible by foot or by public transport. I have always found the front desk staff to be very pleasant, efficient and helpful.

Strange building. Very tired looking on the out but quite modern inside.

First time of meeting simon hetherington,sat me down explained options of treatment and got on with bridge repair straight away.was at ease, pain free.in out 30 mins done,best dentist ive had to date.

Simon is by far the best dentist I've had. Very gentle and made treatments a breeze and completely pain free. Highly recommended

Just had my front teeth restored following loss of enamel. Jon was professional, thorough, reassuring and a total perfectionist. I love my new teeth, they have given me the confidence back I've not had for years. Thank you!

Had a filling done today all good there. Only down side was that I got seen 30 minutes after my appointment time. I wouldn’t have minded if I was told that they were running behind on time

Fantastic surgery.

I have nothing but good words to say about Carmel - the doctors are consistently professional, compassionate and efficient. When visitng the doctor I have never felt constrained by time pressures - eachdoctor takes as long as they need with every patient and for that reason I am never upset or riled about waiting times. The receptionists have always been helpful and very efficient too - all in all I could not wish for a better practice

I've been with this surgery my whole life and my mum was even with them before I was born. I've never had any problems and find all the doctors sympathetic and kind. The receptionists themselves have gone out of their way for me when my mental health means I can't attend appointments. I can't fault them at all. Only thing I would suggest is online booking for appointments because it's a bit tricky to get appointments

Great surgery, great doctors and staff.

The standard of care that I received, from assessment, through surgery and then on to aftercare was absolutely first class. Every member of staff, from Consultant to housekeeping was a pleasure to be in contact with. I think it is worthwhile stating that, whilst my employer provides private health insurance, the treatment my wife received at Woodlands as an NHS patient was of an absolutely equal standard, so that would make this a "ten star" review.

Having been both a private and nhs patient I think the standards of care are excellent. Staff are all lovely - ward staff in particular and very helpful. Clean, tidy, and very happy patient. It’s quit a treck for me but worth the travel.

All of the nurses and staff both male and female have been fantastic, caring, friendly and compassionate to my sister and I in our time of grieving, i am 100% certain my Mother has no pain and is comfortable in her time of passing. I find it amazing that even though my Mother is unconscious and unaware they talk to her and apologise to her when they need to move her. In my eye the don't deserve 5 gold stars they deserve at least 10! Thank you all so much. Martin Edwards.

I am giving a 5 star for the A & E staff that treated me. Another visit to A&E and after a long wait was eventually seen only to be rushed into resus, and given pain relief etc etc. One of the shining stars was a great, professional Nurse called Hailey (their were a couple of others but didn't catch their names) and she actually remembered me from a previous visit (few years ago) and was once again very good, sympathetic to me & others despite them all being very busy. All the qualified nurses on ward 31 were very good, but i did notice during the night it was near impossible to find a doctor for pain relief and some of the non qualified staff are nowhere near as caring to patients as the Nurses & Doctors. All in all its a great place but such a shame the qualified staff (those that took the time to qualify, study and work hard) are understaffed, underpaid and sadly under valued by most.

Big building, but I have not often seen it open. Surrounded by tidy gardens, and it is a pokestop!

On approach to the DCAS you are immediately aware of the amazing ambience and look of the place-sweeping vistas are all around you: Particularily of note are the bird and wildlife sanctuary on the northern perimeter of the site (protected from wind blow by high netting).On the south side are more industrial areas selling a variety of trade and non trade premises. The staff on site are efficient and work in a very professional manner. The layout of the site is excellent and consists a number of large industrial size containers in which you can dispose most items. I was thrilled to visit and can't praise the site enough

Skip arrived on time, with permit, clean. When I had finished with it, rang to arrange collection. They turned up as promised - really good service and not a bad price too. Will certainly recommend to others when they need a skip.

Undiscovered gem - the food was incredible and at a really reasonable price. Highly recommend.

What a great meal, second time we have eaten here now, will be regulars. The food is fantastic owners can’t do enough for you.

Fantastic authentic home cooked Thai food, food is unique, recipe is original and very similar to restaurants that I visited in Thailand. Very friendly proprietor who cook herself and consistently maintain the quality; you will not be disappointed if you are looking for a real Thai taste.

Our daughter has been very happy here. She has been looked after, encouraged, excited by her work and pushed to do her best. We love the atmosphere when visiting and staff have really helped since I've become a wheelchair user. After 5 years belonging to our school we would recommend to parents. Problems we have encountered as all kids do at school have been dealt with quickly. We have seen any hint of bullying, unsociable behaviour and difficult times turned around. Staff are super supportive and they give the impression of loving our kids and going the extra mile is considered their day to day job.

I admit this school is pretty good, but we should be able to say hello or ask how your brother/sisters day is going if you are a senior and your brother or sister is a junior. Other than that, great school!
